WORST SERVICE HAVE EVER HAD

We have booked through Woodford twice now. BOTH times the car we hired was not available! We are a group of 8 people with luggage, we hired a van, paid for and booked 6 months in advance. We arrived at Woodford Car Hire at CPT International Airport - they don’t have a van available. They offered us a single cab bakkie; or a Toyota Starlet - FOR 8 PEOPLE?!?! That was all they could do for us!!!! No apologies, no empathy, nothing was done to try and rectify the situation. We waited for over an hour to find out the van we had booked simply wasn’t there. SHOCKING AND RUDE SERVICE!! We ended up going to a different company and spent more money just to get a van to leave the airport. Avoid using this company at all costs! If I could give a ZERO rating, I would.
