Worst rental! Old cars and no roadside assistance when needed

Absolutely terrible! Not the first time! Hire a car, and car refused to start. Thank goodness i was at my hotel when this happened and in a safe environment. Waited over 1 hour for the person of woodford i called to log the the details. Currently still waiting for a roadside help! Such an aweful experience, hotel staff had to embarrassingly push the car out of the way! Worst worst people to hire from. Person i spoke to was absolutely rude and said “Jesus Christ” when I was explaining. I will never hire from them again. First time this happened I thought it was once off now after 2 years it happens again. Woodford uses old outdated cars with outdated road side help. Be prepared to wait or be ****** or lose your life waiting for help! They do not care and have people employees who do not care to make your rental bother! They are really unreliable and unsafe. Still waiting after 1 hour 45 mins for aid and non in site!
