Worst Experience Ever !!!!!!
Dismal Car Hire Company made a booking and subsequently cancelled it. I have been trying since June 2023 to get a refund with unprofessional help from support staff. There lack of professionalism has ended up with me in debt, as the money due to me was meant to be utilized for other purposes. Thank you, Woodford, for placing your customers in precarious situations. I will never ever use you guys , nor recommend you. No wonder AVIS and other companies are well respected.
