Worst experience

Worst experience at Woodford ORTambo, we were not given the vehicle we reserved online , we were given a vehicle from a lower category & promised the vehicle would be replaced next day, which never happened , we called the customer service center on numerous occasions & were never contacted back, we eventually reserved a vehicle with another rental company& returned the unwanted vehicle back earlier,will never use Woodford ever again
