Worst customer experience

Theee worst service ever.

I had called Customer service to confirm if i may be in one of ther branches in PTA and my sister can pick it up at the Umhlanga branch i even called the umhlanga branch to confirm if we can arrange it that way and they all agreed but came the day i was stuck at the PTA office and i had to book a flight to king shaka just to go there and sign .

I am now charged R15 000 for over speeding🤷 things i was not told when i picked up the car realy the worst service ever i wouldn't recommend WOODFORD CAR HIRE even to my worst enemy.
