Worst car service ever!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE they tell you they will help you if you break down anywhere in Durban but as soon as you break down in a predominantly black area then they can gladly say “we cannot come into a location area to take you home ,you will have to take a Uber HOWEVER we will send a tow-truck to pick up our car” .... we had numerous phone calls asking about their car and totally disregarded our safety or the fact that we had a one year old with us when the puncture happened.... still did not receive our deposit, still did not receive the reimbur*****t for the Uber, and definitely still did not receive the reimbur*****t for the two days that we did not have the car ... it is not like we hired a TATA INDICA no this was a Mercedes Benz! So disappointed in this company and its service!!
