1. I rented with them a couple of times and each time I have to beg for my deposit back. it takes weeks before the refund is done. 2. I was blocked by security and cops in a mall in PTa after the car has been reported to have been involved in crimes few months before I hired the car. I was in the mall for more than 2 hours, I was on the way to my daily appointments, I lost revenue, I was humiliated and harassed for something I had no knowledge or connection of. Woodford refuses to take responsibility and the other day I saw the same car on their floor ready to given to someone else and I bet you that they did not follow up with cops and clear the car, same thing is going to happen to someone else. When I went to exchange the car, I was given a run around, I ended up leaving without a car and they still charged me with the full Rental amount. 3. was sent a notification for damage, I had to fight and dispute this and they made as if they are leaving alit as courtesy.

Now I’m charged for more damages and I’m waiting for invoice from panel beater to see how they got to the amount for smal rim repairs.

They are ********** and should be stopped.
