Worst Car Hire Experience

<p>I booked my car hire via cheap flight and Woodford Car Hire was the company I selected. When I got there (at Cape Town International Aiport) to collect the car they had upgraded by booking without informing me and the person waited until I paid my deposit which was R 1000 more that the deposit amount I was suppose to pay. They wanted to give me a car that I had not booked even though I had made the booking over a month in advance. After having to speak to the person assisting me when I arrived to the person who issues the car I eventually requested to speak to the manager and had I not saved my reservation I probably would have had to settle for the car they wanted to give me. I returned there car and now its been nearly a month now and I still have not received my deposit. I have been calling and emailing but nothing is changing from their side. So what must I do for them to pay back my deposit. I will never use or recommend that anyone use them for car hire services. I don't understand why I fight to get a proper service and for my money to be returned</p>
