Woodford - The way to go !

I searched many sites for car hire prior to my travels, and based on pricing, Woodford came up tops. I reserved a Vito/Transporter class vehicle for a months use (manual) in KZN. Upon arrival at the desk, I was warmly welcomed and the clerk did everything in her power to ensure a most cost effective and smooth process. I was even upgraded to a different vehicle (Kia Carnival), which had much more features than what I had originally reserved (bonus : automatic). The entire process was excellent. Upon return, I arrived at the drop-off location with a vehicle filled with the entire family and lots of luggage, which would entail the entire family pushing trolleys to the departures terminal, some 300-400m away.. The return agent inspected the vehicle and suggested I drive it to departure drop-off, unload and he will meet me there to take delivery of the vehicle. He walked the distance to meet me. This was excellent service and is highly recommended. The entire experience was really easy and great. Follow-up and reminders from the business prior and after the rental were excellent. I would highly recommend Woodford for car rental as I would definitely be using them the next time.
