Woodford surprised additional charge after returning a vehicle .

This was the first time I did make use of Woodford and I was impressed with the service.

Unfortunately, my experience of good service is over shadowed by an invoice for an additional payment of R182.55.

I received an invoice for the rental agreement with an additional fee for refueling the vehicle.

This after I ensured by refueling the vehicle myself at the BP Airport garage not even 500m away from Woodford vehicle returns. I also show the petrol slip to the person receiving the vehicle and he indicated that he take note and he will indicate it on the return documentation.
