Woodford Staff forced to wear jerseys at 42 deg C!
I was made to wait for my car booked at CT airport for 8am on Tuesday 3rd March, and when it was finally driven up at 9.15am I then had to drive with the attendant to the nearest petrol station to fill it up. To confirm just how bad things are at Woodford I noticed that the staff were all wearing jerseys, despite it being over 30 degrees already at 9am (that day turned out to be Cape Towns hottest of the year at 42 degrees). The staff informed me that the 'company policy' forced them to wear jerseys all day so they looked good, despite the temperature.<br> You need to improve your service Woodford, and dig out that dusty old file marked 'Company Policy' and make a few small changes for the good of your staff.

Our car-park attendants have cotton golfer's to use on hot summer days. We will
