WOODFORD SPRINGFIELD

I hired a Kia picanto automatic from Woodford Springfield on the 8/1/24 and returned it on the 20/1/24. I paid online for the rental and used my credit card for the holding amount. To date I have not received my deposit back. I have phoned multiple times with each consultant promising to escalate my claim to the accounts department but nobody has gotten back to me and the money has not been refunded. DON'T HIRE A CAR FROM WOODFORD. You won't get your deposit back !! I rented a car twice from Avis and always got the deposit back..no problems. The worst mistake I made was renting a car from Woodford. Please don't rent a car from them.
