After having issues with the car I collected from Springfield branch, 24/7 emergency line employee assist me and I arranged vehicle exchange with Richards Bay Branch as I was stranded just after Mthunzini Tollgate.

When I arrived at Richards Bay branch employees warm welcomed me and friendly assisted me with an exchange to continue with my journey.
