That will take at least another 45 mins if not longer in Friday afternoon traffic. We have had to create a scene to even get any form of answer. The staff have no solutions . And most customers here are experiencing the same including foreign tourists. They clearly overbooked and cannot deliver. I'd understand if I was a walk in but when you have booked and paid for a vehicle to be collected at the airport at a certain time and you have to wait (estimated) 2 hours it is beyond unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Woodfords. They lure you with specials but are unable to deliver.
