Woodford Mafia

I was a little bit surprised when I learnt that taking insurance does not mean that you will get all your deposit back. If an incidence arises that is covered by insurance, you still have to pay R500 + VAT to process the claim. That is probably the easiest R500 that anyone can ever make. And of course this detail is hidden in fine print. I also read that they may charge you for something that they did not know about. Can they suck it out of their thumb? So consider yourself lucky if you get any deposit back at all. I also hate the fact that I had to remind Woodford to release my deposit back into my account. For two whole weeks someone was just twiddling their thumbs and hoping that I would forget that there are still funds that are due back to me. So I don't know Woodford people, kinda seems like you are just putting yourselves first and neglecting the customers when it suits you. Major inconveniences have already been caused, do not bother with the apologies because they do not fix anything and are rather condescending..
