Woodford Leading in customer service

I had the pleasure of hiring a car through Woodford recently on 24 June for the first time. The collection process and overall experience was outstanding. After completing the trip I noticed that an incorrect calculation was made on the transaction in terms of fuel cost. After following up with their customers services team specifically Tracy David a quick investigation was completed. The error was rectified with hours and I received the correct reconciliation. As a Director for Customer services for my own company I found that the standards and quality of their customer services team was first class. A truly consumer centric organization.
