Woodford King Shaka poor service delivery

Poor service delivery at the King Shaka facility leads to very unhappy client. We ordered a bakkie with canopy and checked 12 hours ahead of pick up. All was confirmed in order. On arrival at 7am as agreed no bakkie with canopy was available and we were told to wait for 2 hours so that one could be collected in Durban. Not acceptable especially since we went out of our way to confirm the night before. Woodford catch a wake up
