I recommend Woodford Car Hire to any person who is sceptical about car hire company’s due to negative past experience. I recently started using Woodford Car Hire. Their online portal make it very convenient to book a vehicle. Their employees at Springfield Branch are absolutely polite and friendly. Their vehicles are almost brand new. The best thing is their price. They are very competitive. Therefore I suggest that you give this company a try. One suggestion is for the company to revert to the old system regarding additional driver payment. In the past it was R50 per day per additional driver. Most of us hire vehicles for about 3-4 days at a cost of about R200. It has now been changed to R400 per hire irrespective of the number of days. Due to the change in policy/cost increase, I will not use the option of additional driver. Please review this policy change. It’s better to make R200 or less from each hirer than nothing at all. This may be an industry standard but Woodford should LEAD rather than follow. Perhaps the R400 will be best for Longterm hire contracts. Thank You.
