Woodford is Setting the Standard

Had the same pleasurable experience from The Cape Town Airport Branch as I had when renting at OR Tambo. Staff are all friendly and helpful, offered me an upgrade, the WhatsApp and email system keeps you fully informed, and what a pleasure to get an invoice within an hour of dropping the vehicle off at the branch. Woodford is clearly aiming at becoming the car rental company of choice in SA.
