WOODFORD IS A REAL ****!!!!!!

I rented and returned their vehicle in Cape Town over 3 weeks ago and to date, I am taken from pillar to post and they won't refund my holding deposit. They have no explanation whatsoever, instead keep telling me it will be paid in 7dsys. How many 7 days am I going to have to wait??? I have escalated the matter with Wayne Ksia, cape town branch manager, who's promised to deal with the matter but to date, nothing has been done. Everytime I call him, he promises to call back which he never does. I WANT MY MONEY WOODFORD!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER!!!!
