Woodford in Cape Town had made us wait of 30 mins for our car. We pre booked the car because we wanted to be able to leave on time for prayer. We got the paper work at 12:42 and only got the car at 1:27pm We wait for a really long time! Woodford car is really lucky to have such amazing staff like Logan Pillay who honestly is the only reason I stayed calm and don’t cancel my booking and will consider booking with them again! He was super helpful and although it wasn’t his fault - was really understanding and tried his utmost to help us. I will only return to Woodford car hire because of the service Mr Pillay gave me and my husband
