Woodford hatfield car rental
The office and rental personnel were extremely friendly and supportive. However, trying to reach the Hatfield office via their landline is very difficult. You can not connect with anyone for help, their phones are not answered. Even when attempting to reach the main office. I reserved a car for three days and later during my rental, I needed to reach out to the office to extend my rental by an additional day, but I couldn't reach anyone at the office for two days. Even if the site indicates that the offices are open and functioning. Luckily, I was able to obtain the contact information of the branch manager by reviewing their automated WhatsApp for guidance on escalating issues. It still took more than 24 hours to reach him just to extend my rental but was assisted at the end.
