Woodford handing out traffic fines with absolutely NO INFO

Initially I sang the praises of this company after hiring a vehicle at their Cape Town Airport branch, this however changed after I received a fine after 3 MONTHS with absolutely NO info, I requested info regarding the fine and received no reply, today 22 days later I receive another snotty email to advise when I will make payment. Let me make this one very clear, I WILL NOT PAY A FINE OF WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION SUCH AS A PHOTO, A STREET, A TIME, ETC.
