Woodford Groups - Alomo car rental OR Tambo Apparently staff apparently use invinsible ink when they mark dents

So, lets start at the beginning. Great service and help with my disabled dad and upgraded vehicle, with lots of laughs. The staff member reversed the car out of the parking area because I am a big guy AND AS I WALKED FROM THE BACK AROUND TO THE DRIVER SEAT, I SAW THE SCRACH AND THE DENT. I asked about it and the lady reply DON’T WORRY IS A NEW CAR EVERTHING IS MARKED ON PAPER. Return the car just to fight about a dent that I reported when I got the car, and I was told don’t worry it is a new car we marked everything on the papers. Wellllll guest what nothing is marked on the ****** papers. So, I had my fight, and I am over it. So, I'll never use Woodford again and will in form all my customers and social media following to do the same.
