Woodford *****!

I got a car from Woodford car hire when my BMW broke down. It was arranged by bmw on call.

I was told to return the car with a full tank when I was done with it so that they don’t debit me for petrol.

I did as per the instructions and filled the car right before I return it to the BMW dealership in Bedfordview and collected my car.

Woodford has now debited R299 from my credit card and when I asked what it was for they said for fuel. I have proof of the fill up as I took a picture of the fuel tank when I returned the car. I have emailed Woodford and they never respond to my email. I have sent requests online and they don’t respond to that. I have called their call centre and they tell me someone will be in touch but they never are.

Woodford is *****ing from me. I do not recommend this company. They will ***** from you and not reply to you.
