Woodford feels like a ****

I rented a car and returned it in a safe condition. Upon dropping off the car I am being charged incorrectly, A drop fee and incorrect refueling amount for a Toyota AGYA which is a 30 litre tank you will be billed 40 litres. I returned the car at Same place as per my agreement and customer service is horrible. No one will help you over the phone, as they make empty promises to call you back with a fixed invoice. This is the worst car hire experience ever!!! I feel ****med! OR-Tambo is where all this took place. Looking at the reviews, I wonder if my query will be resolved as people have not even gotten back deposits since early December.
