Woodford delay in paying back deposit

I hire Woodford car rental l drop it on Sunday 3 march with full tank at 5:33 pm l haven't got the deposit back l was told l will get my deposit within 72 hours l don't know where is the delay coming from car is in good condition and full tank regards khuliso Luvhimbi

Good day l am still waiting for my R4000 car rental deposit Woodford car rental is a **** they hold deposit for too long l will never book this car rental again lm done my deposit is gone what time of car rental is this disappointed
