Woodford Care Hire - Terrible Service Accounts Dept

Cancelled my reservation on 09 Apr 2024, followed up 4 times with the call center, and was told every time that the matter will be escalated and that a refund would be in my account the next day. I still not have been refunded. All my previous experiences were very positive but this one leaves quite a bad taste....
