Woodford Care Hire - Terrible Service

Cancelled my reservation +- 4 weeks ago , all i do is follow up and get told my refund is on the list for today or tomorrow . I wonder if that list exist because I still not have been refunded , absolute joke and terrible service that i am the customer all i do is follow up and follow up , Still waiting for the refund. Wont be a returning customer for sure , i would not recommend this company for car hire .
