Our experience with Woodford Car Rental was absolutely outstanding — especially after a disappointing rental with Tempest the previous week.
From the start, Woodford impressed me with prompt and professional communication. The handover at the branch was smooth and friendly, and within 10 minutes we were on the road — with a complimentary upgrade that made us feel truly valued.
After returning the car, I realised I had left my Armani sunglasses inside. Before I could even contact them, Woodford reached out to let me know they’d found them! That level of honesty and integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
In contrast, our experience with Tempest was frustrating — a so-called “good deal” turned into a downgrade on arrival.
