Woodford car rental is a disappoint

Good morning

I rented a car with Woodford O.R.Tambo 17th july and returned the car back on the 20th and woodford has not yet refunded my deposit I have called them more then twice and no once is taking me serious. I have been loyal to Woodford renting only from them for years now I’m so disappointed

Kindly be advised this is a holding deposit and not a refund. These funds were just blocked in your account however not debited hence you will not be receiving any sort of credit.

Please bear in mind that the bank does not allow us to hold a auth for more than 7 days.
