Woodford car rental **********

We hired a car a while ago at Woodford car rental at OR Tambo, I returned their vehicle after the rental duration and later that week I asked for a reversal of the insurance amount on my sister's credit card. It took a whole day to do a simple reversal after I spoke to 3 different consultants who kept saying that they'll reverse the amount, and will call me back in 15 minutes, mind you I waited a whole day. When they finally do reverse the amount, someone tries to book a flight to Kenya using my sister's credit card, unfortunately they didn't succeed with their evil deeds as we got notified by the bank and we immediately suspended the account. My guess is the consultants took long because they were up to no good. Save yourself the trouble, do not dare use this company, they are a bunch of ********, that was the first and last time!
