Woodford car hire - What an outstanding service

It was very easy to make car reservation on the Woodford car hire website. Me and my wife went to Cape Town for vacation from Johannesburg. Whilst we were still on our way, we were continuosly updated through SMS about our reservations. It was easy for us to locate the Woodford office when we arrived at the Cape Town airport. We were warmly welcomed. The staff was so friendly and the process was so quick. Everything was properly explained to us including the free kilometers and the waiver. The car was already prepared for us and very clean. We were also given an opportunity to also inspect the car before it was handed over to us. We were also informed that we don't have to fill up the car when we bring it back. Through whatsapp again we were communicated with and given a direct cellphone number to call in case of an emergency. It was also easy to drop off the car because our flight going back to Johannesburg was early in the morning. We were shown the slot where we can drop off the car key. The deposit of the R4000 that we were required to put upfront on collection day was re deposited back into our account within 24hours. The whole experience we had with Woodford car hire.
