Woodford car hire ****ty service

Hellopeter. My name is Simphiwe Manqele. I recently hired a car from woodford car hire abd im very disappointed in the after hours services i received. I included tyre and glass cover with the rental and i got a puncture/burst in remote area. When i called woodgord car hire and waited for hours but they could not assist me at all, instead they told me to replace the tyre myself. Im really disappointed and their service is ****.
