I have booked with this company for the third time and my experience has been beyond superb every time. The staff are efficient, to the point and super friendly.

Today I had to request my booking to be super fast as I was running late for a meeting. A very efficient lady Renale at OR Thambo branch kept me in the loop via whatsapp making sure everything that could be done prior to my arrival was done.

She kept communicating with me via whatsapp and she was just super efficient and helpfull.

Woodford is way above the rest and I have now found my car rental company.
