Woodford Car Hire pulling a fast one

I booked a Toyota Corolla for 10 days out from PE airport. We were doing a surfing trip so I made it clear I need a Corolla for the surfboards. I could have taken a Etios for much cheaper at another rental company but I needed a Corolla. When I picked up the vehicle I was informed that an Etios and a Corolla to them are in the same class. It is by FAR not the same size vehicle. The principle that Woodford app**** is not ethically correct. I did give them an opportunity to adjust my fee or supply my with the correct size vehicle. They did not respond. The Etios caused much discomfort during our trip. Make sure you get what you ask for.
