Woodford Car hire Poor Customer Experience
I have experienced absolutely poor service from Woodford car hire, in addition to giving me a vehicle with incomplete spare tools, they have additionally take money from my credit card with out authorisation from me. They are not also helpful in person as I addressed this issue at OR Tambo and they were reluctant to help me. This is the worst experience I have gotten from them. I took out full liability cover yet they still take additional money for tyre damage from my credit card I am absolutely disgusted by thier service!
