Woodford car hire not reliable

I hired a car in cape town earlier this year. Upon returning it, i was charged for a full tank of petrol even though the tank was not close to empty. Then they added VAT to the petrol cost! Every attempt to contact them to discuss this has been unsuccessful. I have called all numbers including their 24 hour whatapp number and left a message on their website to no avail. I no longer trust their service or honesty. I have taken my business elsewhere.
