WOODFORD CAR HIRE.... never hire from there

I hired a vehicle on a month to month bases with Woodford car hire for over 6 months in Durban . in February i returned their Vehicle and wanted to hire again in Johannesburg only to learn that my Deposit is not what i paid. The Deposit was suppose to be R5000.00 but instead i learnt it was R4000.00. I had paid R5000.00 but the organinsation could not verify that. The Woodford branch in Johannesburg and their Head office over the phone told me there is no one that can assist me with my query accept for a particular gentlemen at their Durban Branch Downtown (Rakesh) because i paid the money through him. He was not at work that day therefore the whole Company Woodford could not assist... how terrible is that. All along I regarded Woodford as a proper Company and all of a sudden i was referred to only one person. He came back to work the following day, and I was there one calling and eventually i got hold of him. He confirmed that my deposit is R5000.00 and it will be refunded. I called again.... no refund... i sent an email.... after i copied their head office he responded very sudden and said NO NO... there is a mistake he can only refund the R4000... HAAAAAAAAAA change of story. Woodford is not an organisation but its a 1 man show... they have no customer service and monies disappear... just like that no explanation. I am sitting with no Vehicle... no refund... their Customer Service is not responsive at all, if they have one. Management not available to take calls ... just a warning.... stay away from Woodford.
