Woodford car hire most disrespectful people

They truck driver almost pushed me of the road and he hit my review mirror and refused to stop then I called the office and the control officer by the name of Rama told me I must relax because no one got hurt or no one died he is extremely rude and disrespect every time I call in and ask for a manager no one allows you to speak to a manager.
