Woodford Car Hire is awful !

Did not receive the car we booked. Car was filthy dirty, Fuel tank was half empty. I was overcharged. Emails to Woodford MD Essa Suleman went unanswered. All-in-all could not recommend Woodford to anybody.

Thanks for the "stock answer". How about some real action, like a refund on the overcharge ?

Please note that I am revisiting this inquiry. 

Rest assured, if there was an overcharge, I will be of the utmost assistance to provide answers and clarity on this matter. 

I am looking at the date of your rental which was in March this year, unfortunately due to the pandemic, our customer care department was closed. 

Please allow me time to look into this concern you have addressed. I can assure you that had I seen this earlier, this would of been treated with the utmost priority and this would of been sorted then and not 7 MONTHS later. 

I have all your details pertaining to this rental dated:  26/03/2020. 

Feedback will be provided as a matter of urgency.
