Woodford car hire - Hatfield Pretoria

I had no issues at all with the vehicle and the service they provided for me when I picked up the car. I arrived there running a bit late notified them that I'm incredibly and they assisted me promptly I could see that there was a sense of urgency when they were helping me....Only reason why I'm not giving a fiver star rating is because of when I returned the car, do bear in mind that is was different staff on the shift and maybe because it was still quite early but they didn't seem like they wanted to be there, might be that the previous staff set the bar to high for these, i just don't know. I also asked one of the staff members when should I expect my deposit back in my credit card and he said his been working the for a couple of months and has no idea how long it takes, he also said something along the lines that sometimes the company doesn't give it back to you unless you send them an email or call them so I have to say the drop off was not a great experience.
