Woodford Car hire fixes the problem!

After what could have been a disastrous start the people at Woodford pulled it back and provided an excellent quality of service. I dealt with the people at their Intersite Road branch in Durban and can only speak highly of Nick (Sorry, forgot the surnames) and the manager, Rakesh. From "Sorry, we don't have the vehicles you booked" to "we have bought new vehicles to accommodate your request." I think the CEO might have been personally involved in that decision but, whoever it was, it showed a real desire to fix a problem that could have had disastrous consequences for us and for our overseas visitors. As a bonus they recommended a change of our booking that saved us a few thousand Rands. We were impressed!
