The service was really good. The online (WhatsApp) application process was really smooth, Smangele was an angel that held my hand all the way. Submitted all documents on WhatsApp and the process was finalized within 48 hours. The 4 star is because of the long wait at the collections point in Sandton. Sma has continued to provide excellent support and customer care post collection. I will surely extend and use Woodford cars in future. Pity they don’t have a presence on the SADEC.
