Very efficient and straightforward online reservation process. Very reasonable rental prices, including insurance cover. Friendly staff at collection point - all "paper-work" digitized and therefore not much time lost in queue. I even had helped pack my bags in the boot. I was also impressed by direct communication channel to the group MD in case of any feedback or complaint. Excellent all-round service and value for money.
