Woodford Car Hire Chancers

I am taken back by Woodford Car Hire..... I hire a car with peace if mind that I m insured... I have an accident .. I get charged double excess because I m.only car involved... So I pay the R 20 000. This happened in.Sept 2018... in Dec I get notified by Woodford that I owe R 105000.. for engine damage.... now a lawyers letter of demand. Insurance covers the claim as,a whole.... I.think.They either do not hold insurance and self assure as that's,how they manage their Rusk.... it is possible that with their Directors being Muslim they Do not take out insurance as many staunch Muslims do not believe in Insurance..... either way I do not see why I should carry the Risk.if I paid my Hire fee with peace of mind I m covered PLUS I paid the Excess.
