Was a hassle free process from online booking, arrival at Capetown international airport to receiving the vehicle and returning as well. Staff were quick, efficient and friendly. I even received a bottled water whilst waiting. 😊. This was my second time using the service, while I am certain to utilize them going forward. If you are looking for easy transition, Woodford is the way to go.
