Woodford Car Hire - Biggest **** !!!

If anyone thinks to do business with this company you are in for one huge surprise as they are a bunch of ********! We recently hired a car and the car was returned after 1 month They proceeded to deduct R 5000 from my bank account for God knows what after the car was returned. They furthermore then sent us an invoice for over R 4000 for damages to the vehicle 15 days later There were no damages to the vehicle at all when car was returned on the 28th of August It was signed off there were no damages and we have 4 witnesses as well. Then they went and deducted R 5 322 .76 again on our banking account for what reason no one knows, Customer Service is non existent They don't answer their telephones E-mails remain unanswered An Whatsapp message was received from Thabile just stating they are not refunding. Now this constitutes to ***** being committed You cannot deduct money from someones account without their permission and when you try and resolve the matter simply state there is no refund ITS *****!!!!!!! I will be lodging ***** case with SARS and I am going to ask to have this company investigated by the HAWKS as well There are too many complaints on this Company and everyone seems to have exactly the same complaints whereby they hire a vehicle, it gets returned , then amounts keep on getting deducted from their bank accounts They get billed for Non Existent damages and no one in that company can assist Not even management.
