WOODFORD CAR HIRE BAD EXPERIENCE.

I really had a bad experience. I booked the car and only arrive before 23:00 the night. They asked me to have a look the next day if everything is fine. I noticed marks on the top of the car. I took photos. Me and my family had a looked around the car, everything else was fine. When I return the car, they said there is a small dent on the side. I really can't believe that we were the responsible for the dent. I took out the insurance. No I need to pay another R4 000 for this dent. For what did I took out the insurance??? Really the first time ever it happended to me. I rented out before and everytime I received my whole deposit. Never will I rent from WOODFORD CAR HIRE again. The car had no power....bad experience!!!
