Woodford Car Hire - Bad Experience

I got charged for immobilize in which the vehicle disabled and was recovered due to excessive speeding in which I had argued my case that after leaving Queenstown on my drive from Pretoria to Port Alfred from my coffee. I noticed a car which was tailing me after 10pm, had to speed in fear of being highjacked as we all know how lawlessness is South Africa nowadays.

I was then left stranded in Port Alfred in Fish River Lodge which about 30km from town or 120km from East London. I had to find ways to get back to Pretoria and now also being charged R3500 for that inconvenience which was never explained to me nor sent on a document that would have clearly understood.
